In the event of disagreement with the product please contact one of our boutiques in Colombia by presenting the purchase invoice.

 

If are in a city where you can not find one of our boutiques, contact the customer service line free 018000512244 and tell us your case to give a solution.

 

L'Occitane is always willing to listen and warmly receive your request for a change of the product until 1 month after the date of delivery of the product, after this time we won’t accept your claim.
